The picture shows a king wearing ram's horns and ostrich feathers and wearing a kilt clubbing an enemy. The hieroglyphs in front of the king name him as Amenhotep III. The combination of the flag 𓊹 and windpipe 𓄤 write the royal title nṯr nfr "Good God", while the signs inside the cartouche write Amenhotep III's throne name nb mꜣꜥt rꜥ "Lord of the Truth of Ra". The sun disk 𓇳 rꜥ at the top writes the name of the sun god Ra, the figure of the goddess Maat 𓁧 writes mꜣꜥt "Truth" and the basket 𓎟 writes the word nb "Lord".
